一种高精度振荡电路设计

A High Precision Oscillation Circuit Design

摘要: 基于常用的RC振荡器电路结构,设计了一种可调节的高精度振荡电路,通过对基准电流的镜像倍数配置,实现对充电电流大小的调节,从而实现对频率的高精度控制。通过仿真,所设计的这种高精度振荡电路实现了输出中心频率1.7 MHz、最小可调节精度1 kHz的预期。结果证明该设计实现了对振荡电路的高精度控制。

Abstract: Based on the common RC oscillator circuit structure, this paper designs an adjustable high-precision oscillator circuit, through the reference current mirror multiple configuration, to achieve the size of the charging current adjustment, so as to achieve high-precision frequency control. Through simulation, a high precision oscillator circuit is designed to achieve the expected output center frequency of 1.7 MHz and the minimum adjustable precision of 1 kHz. The results show that the design idea of this paper achieves high precision control of oscillatory circuits.
