摘要: 永磁同步电机的矢量控制需要准确的转子位置和转速信息,其准确性对矢量控制系统的稳定性有较大的影响。分析了传统霍尔传感器的位置估计方法,提出了一种基于霍尔位置传感器的位置补偿方法和位置限制方法,改善了传统方法的位置性能,提高霍尔位置的估算效果。在基于CKSF103C8T6的硬件平台上实现了矢量控制。实验结果表明,采用位置补偿和位置限制方法能够有效改善电机的位置,从而抑制电机的转矩脉动。

Abstract: The vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor needs accurate information of rotor position and speed, which has great influence on the stability of vector control system. The position estimation method of traditional Hall sensor was analyzed, a position compensation method and position limitation method based on Hall position sensor are proposed, which improves the position performance of traditional methods and improves the estimation effect of hall position. The vector control was realized on the hardware platform based on CKSF103C8T6. The experimental results show that the position compensation and position limitation method can effectively improve the position of the motor, so as to suppress the torque ripple of the motor
