摘要: 根据红外光谱法血氧饱和度测量原理,以ARM(Advanced RISC Machine) Cortex-M0内核单片机为开发平台,设计了一种指夹便携式脉搏血氧仪。设计采用基于ARM内核的自研微处理器,有效降低了产品成本。硬件上充分利用单片机内部模块,同时设计可控开关电路,电源功耗降到最低。软件上设计实现采集脉搏波信号并进行数字解调、噪声消除、特征点提取等功能。通过与江苏鱼跃医疗设备股份有限公司YX301型号血氧仪(以下简称鱼跃血氧仪)作对比,试验结果表明,设计样机在静态状态下血氧饱和度及脉率测量误差最差在2%以内,验证了产品稳定性。

Abstract: According to the measurement principle of blood oxygen saturation by infrared spectroscopy, a portable pulse oximeter with finger clip is designed with ARM (advanced RISC machine) Cortex-M0 core MCU as a development platform. The design adopts a self-developed microprocessor based on the ARM core, which effectively reduces product costs. The hardware makes full use of the internal modules of the single-chip microcomputer, and the controllable switch circuit is designed to minimize the power consumption; the software is designed to collect pulse wave signals and perform digital demodulation, noise elimination, feature point extraction and other functions. A comparison experiment with Jiangsu Yuyue Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. Model YX301 oximeter (hereinafter referred to as the fish oximeter) shows that the measurement error of blood oxygen saturation and pulse rate of the prototype designed in the static state is within 2%, and the product stability is verified.
