微波组件幅相特性影响因素分析

摘要: 以移相模块为例仿真分析电路基板的材料参数和微组装工艺参数对微波组件幅相特性的影响。其中基板的介电常数变化对组件相位的影响极大,对损耗的影响可忽略;介质损耗角正切和金属表面粗糙度变化对传输损耗的影响较大,对组件相位影响可忽略。级联金丝弧高和跨距变化对信号幅度和相位的影响均较大。为保障微波组件的幅相一致性,应提高基板材料参数和微组装工艺参数的一致性。同时为提高组件性能,级联金丝的弧高应小于0.20 mm,金丝跨距应小于0.30 mm。

Abstract: The effects of the material parameters of circuit substrate and micro-assembly process parameters of the phase-shifting module on the amplitude-phase characteristics are simulated and analyzed. The dielectric constant of the substrate has a significant impact on the phase of modules, and has a small impact on the amplitude of signals. Loss tangent and surface roughness have an important effect on the transmission loss, and have a negligible effect on the phase. The loop height and the distance of gold wires have great impacts on the amplitude and phase of signals, respectively. The consistency of the substrate material parameters and micro-assembly process parameters should be improved to guide the amplitude-phase consistency of microwave modules. Meanwhile, in order to improve the performance of microwave modules, the loop height of bonding wires should be less than 0.20 mm, the distance of gold wires should be less than 0.30 mm.
