摘要: 对基于国产现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)和时间交织模数转换器(TIADC)的信号采集系统进行了研究,分析了TIADC应用过程中的硬件设计问题,考虑了噪声、抖动、频谱泄露等因素对信号采集系统性能的影响,并基于最小二乘法完成了TIADC通道失配误差的标定和校准。对设计的信号采集系统进行了动态性能测试,测试结果表明,设计的信号采集系统采样率达到10 GSa/s,实时采样带宽达到4 GHz。

Abstract: The signal acquisition system based on domestic field programmable gate array (FPGA) and time interleaved analog to digital converter (TIADC) is studied. The hardware design problems in the application of TIADC are analyzed. Influences of noise, jitter, spectrum leakage and other factors on the performance of signal acquisition system are studied. The calibration and alignment of TIADC channel mismatch errors are completed based on least square method. Dynamic performances of the designed signal acquisition system are tested. The results show that the sampling rate of the designed signal acquisition system reaches 10 GSa/s, and the real-time sampling bandwidth reaches 4 GHz.
