摘要/Abstract

摘要： 介绍了DC/DC电源模块的通用测试方法。基于Chroma 8000测试系统，通过对DC/DC电源模块测试要求进行分析，设计了某款DC/DC电源模块测试夹具与测试外围，实现了对该DC/DC电源模块主要性能参数的测试。该方案能够作为通用测试方法供DC/DC电源模块测试设计提供参考。

Abstract: Introduced a general test method of DC/DC power module. By analyzing the requirements of DC/DC power module test, the DC/DC power module test fixture and test peripheral are designed based on the Chroma 8000 test system. The design is able to realize testing the main performance parameters of the DC/DC power module. This scheme can be used as a general test method for reference of DC/DC power module.
