摘要: 分析研究了一种基于对极鳍线结构设计的W波段微带-波导转换结构,该转换结构具有结构简单、尺寸小、安装方便、过渡方向与基于微波单片集成电路(MMIC)设计的微带电路同方向、良好宽带特性的特点,在W波段全频段内,单个转换结构的带内插损小于0.6 dB,可广泛应用于W波段功能模块与系统中。

Abstract: A W-band microstrip waveguide transition structure based on the antipodal fin line structure is analyzed and studied. The transition structure has the characteristics of simple structure, small size, convenient installation, the same direction of transition as the microstrip circuit based on microwave monolithic integrated circuit (MMIC), and good wideband characteristics. In the W-band full band, the band interpolation loss of a single conversion structure is less than 0.6 dB, which can be widely used in W-band functional modules and systems.
