摘要: 根据0.13μm/2.5 V 1P8M CMOS工艺提出了一种用于以太网收发器的基带漂移消除器的结构设计,该结构由电荷泵电路、OTA、电流补偿电路3部分组成。基带漂移消除器补偿了由于变压器的高通特性引起的基带漂移现象。仿真结果表明所设计的电路达到了以太网收发器的系统要求,很好地实现了对基带漂移的补偿。

Abstract: The thesis presents a design of a baseline wander canceller for Ethernet Transceiver, which is implemented by 0.13 μm/2.5 V 1P8M CMOS process.The circuit is composed of a charge pump,an OTA (Operational transconductance amplifier) and a current compensation circuit.The baseline wander canceller can correct the effects of baseline wander due to the high-pass nature of the transformer.The simulation results indicate that the design can satisfy the system requirement of the Ethernet Transceiver and compensate baseline wander very well.
