一种宽输入电压范围反激电源的研究与设计

Research and Design of a Flyback Power Supply with Wide Input Voltage Range

摘要: 当前针对小功率开关电源输入宽电压范围、输出高电压的要求日趋普遍。实现高压输出的方式很多,但电源产品研发需要综合考虑性能、可靠性、可生产性及成本等多方面因素。着重介绍一种采用双绕组变压器的电源设计思路,每个绕组分别整流后再叠加升压,以此获得直流高压输出。分析了该方法在器件选择、频率设定以及电路体积重量等方面的优势。最后运用该方案研制了一款电路,通过仿真和实测结果表明设计满足要求。

Abstract: The switching power supply with wide input voltage range,that output high voltage requirements have become increasingly common.Many high voltage output,but power products R&D needs comprehensive consideration of performance,reliability,manufacturability and cost etc.This paper introduces a design idea of power supply adopts double-column transformer,each winding rectifier and stacked boost,in order to obtain high voltage DC output.Analysis of this method in the device selection,frequency setting and circuit volume weight and other advantages.Finally,the development of a practical circuit,the simulation and experimental results show that the analysis and design meets the requirements..Finally a demo board was designed based on the topology,both simulation and testresultsshowed thatthe circuitmetdesign specifications.
