一种低电源敏感度线性可调的RC振荡器设计

摘要: 提出了一种基于UMC 0.25 μm BCD 工艺,输出对电源敏感度较低,且结构简单、成本低廉的RC 振荡器。本设计带有选频网络,可通过逻辑信号调节振荡器的输出频率,同时具有较好的线性度。通过Spectre 对电路进行电压扫描和振荡输出调节仿真,结果表明振荡器的输出具有较低的电源敏感性,偏差为3.3%,可调输出具有较好的线性化,偏差为3.13%。

Abstract: An RC oscillator based on the UMC 0.25 μm BCD process with low output sensitivity, simple structure and low cost is proposed.This design has a frequency selective network,which can adjust the output frequency of the oscillator through logic signals and has good linearity.The voltage sweep and output regulation simulation of the circuit through Spectre shows that the output of the oscillator has low power supply sensitivity with a deviation of 3.3%.The adjustable output has better linearization with a deviation of 3.13%.
