摘要: 电解电容是电子产品中不可或缺的储能与电能变换元器件。在高温、高纹波电流的功率变换应用场合中,相对于其他电子元器件,电解电容的寿命是最短的,而影响其寿命的关键参数为等效串联电阻(ESR)。分析了传统ESR测试方法的优缺点,提出了一种工作在脉冲电流下电解电容ESR的测量方法,并通过实验分析证明了其可行性。

Abstract: Electrolytic capacitors are indispensable key energy storage and power conversion components in electronic products. In high-voltage, high-ripple current power conversion applications, the life of electrolytic capacitors is the shortest relative to other electronic components, and the key parameter affecting their lifetime is equivalent series resistance(ESR). The advantages and disadvantages of the traditional ESR test method are analyzed. A measurement method of electrolytic capacitor ESR under pulse current is proposed, and its feasibility is proved by experimental analysis.
