摘要: 5G技术的发展推动了物联网技术的应用,LoRa凭借低功耗、远距离、自组网的优势,成为物联网无线通信技术的优选方案。市场对LoRa模组的需求大增,但由于LoRa射频模组在量产化过程中,射频性能的检测需依赖专业的射频检测仪器以及自动化测试程序,导致模组生产效率下降,生产成本增加。根据芯片RSSI参数的线性规律,设计出一种应用于Sx127x系列LoRa模组的射频检测方案,通过与标准的仪器检测结果对比,测量误差在允许范围内,该方案有效降低了检测成本,提升了检测效率。

Abstract: The development of 5G technology has promoted the application of internet of things technology. With its advantages of low power consumption, long distance and self-organizing network, LoRa has become the preferred solution for IoT wireless communication technology. The demand for LoRa modules has increased significantly, but during the mass production process of LoRa RF modules, the detection of RF performance relies on professional RF detection instruments and automated test procedures, which results in reduced module production efficiency and increased costs. According to the linearity rule of the RSSI parameters of the chip, a radio frequency detection scheme applied to the Sx127x series LoRa module is designed. Compared with the standard instrument test results, the measurement error is within the allowable range. This solution effectively reduces the detection cost and improves the detection efficiency.
