摘要: 射频识别技术(RFID)在仓库自动化管理中得到扩展应用,许多半导体制造商在晶圆生产、流 水作业和仓储管理中都使用了RFID技术来增加工作效率。RFID系统的功能与天线设计息息相关,为了提 高半导体企业仓储运作效率,解决标签天线识别面积小且识别过程中错误率高的问题,利用偶极子反向 电流对设计出一种新型天线。通过仿真实验表明,增加偶极子的对数并调整电流相位,能够使磁场均匀 度增强,识别范围扩大,从而提高了仓储作业的效率,为企业增加了利润。

Abstract: Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) has expanded applications in warehouse automation management, and many semiconductor manufacturers use RFID technology to increase productivity in wafer production, pipeline operations, and warehouse management. The function of the RFID system is closely related to the antenna design. In order to improve the efficiency of semiconductor enterprise warehousing operation, it mainly solves the problem that the identification area of the tag antenna is small and the error rate is high during the easy identification process. The traditional antenna is broken and the dipole reverse current pair is used to design a new type of antenna. Simulation experiments show that increasing the logarithm of the dipole and adjusting the current phase can enhance the uniformity of the magnetic field and expand the recognition range, thereby improving the efficiency of the storage operation and increasing the profit for the enterprise.
