一种Ka波段点频锁相频率源设计

摘要: 针对某射频系统特殊空间小型化布局需求,采用取样锁相与倍频放大混合集成技术,研制Ka波段点频源。介绍利用ADF4016频率合成器、压控振荡器、MSP430单片机等设计方案研制X波段点频锁相源,再通过倍频、放大、滤波等链路方案实现Ka波段点频源。测试结果表明,Ka波段点频源工作频率、相位噪声、输出功率等技术指标同设计相吻合。

Abstract: In view of the radio frequency system some special space miniaturization layout demand, we implement a Ka-band point-frequency phase-locked frequency source,by a hybrid integrated technology of combining sampling phase-locked and frequency multiplier-amplifier. This paper introduces the designed Schemes of the use of ADF4016 frequency synthesizer, voltage-controlled oscillator, MSP430 Multi-Service Processors and so on to develop X-band point-frequency phase-locked sources, and then realizes the research purpose of Ka-band point-frequency sources through the link schemes including the frequency multiplier, amplifier, filter and so on. The measurement result of the Ka-band point-frequency phase-locked frequency source shows that the technical specifications of Ka-band point-frequency source operating frequency, phase noise, and output power agree well with the design.
