摘要: 针对工业控制、航天航空中在使用超大规模现场可编程门阵列 (FPGA)电路时对信号完整性的需求,设计了一种自动阻抗匹配电路数控阻抗(DCI)。DCI通过调整输出阻抗或输入终端,以精确匹配传输线的特征阻抗。DCI将I/O的阻抗自动调整到与外部参考电阻相等,这样就可补偿由工艺偏差引起的I/O阻抗变化,DCI还可以实时地调整I/O的阻抗,以补偿温度变化和供电电压波动引起的I/O阻抗变化。

Abstract: An automatic impendence matched circuit digitally controlled impedance(DCI)is designed which meets the requirements of signal integrity when using ultra-large-scale field programmable gate array (FPGA) in industrial control and aerospace. DCI adjusts the output impedance or input termination to accurately match the characteristic impedance of the transmission line. DCI actively adjusts the impedance of the I/O to equal an external reference resistance. This compensates for changes in I/O impedance due to process variation. It also continuously adjusts the impedance of the I/O to compensate for variations of temperature and supply voltage fluctuations.
