4047铝合金成分对激光焊接气孔的影响

Influence of 4047 Aluminum Alloy Composition on Laser Welded Porosity

摘要: 4047铝合金被广泛应用于航空航天微波组件中。探究了不同组织成分的4047铝合金在激光焊接中形成气孔的机理。研究结果表明,合金中的Si含量偏低会降低材料的热吸收率,导致热熔区流动性降低,易形成气孔。通过增大焊接激光功率,提高合金热输入量,可以减少气孔产生,提高产品的气密合格率。合金组织取向性引起的焊接应力增大也易导致焊接气孔的产生,通过在焊前进行消除应力退火处理,可以改善焊接质量。

Abstract: 4047 aluminum alloy is widely used in aerospace microwave components, and the formation mechanism of laser welded porosity in 4047 aluminum alloy with different organizational compositions is investigated. The results show that the low Si content in the alloy reduces the heat absorption rate of the material, leading to reduced mobility in the hot melt zone and the formation of porosity. By increasing the welding laser power and improving the heat input of the alloy, the generation of porosity can be reduced, and the airtightness qualification rate of the product can be improved. The increased welding stress caused by the orientation of alloy organization can also easily lead to the generation of weld porosity. The welding quality can be improved by performing stress relief annealing treatment before welding.
