多路伺服阀驱动系统设计

摘要: 针对电液伺服系统中需要同时驱动多个伺服阀的应用场景,设计了由单个主控芯片控制,可输出多路电流驱动伺服阀,同时对输出电流实时监控的电路。系统由数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Process,DSP)控制多个以菊花链方式连接的数模转换器(Digital-to-analog converter,DAC)输出电压信号,经过电流驱动放大电路后输出电流,驱动多通道伺服阀工作,同时系统对各通道电流信号进行实时监控。该系统已应用于某型号列车转向系统中,可同时驱动4路伺服阀,输出电流为±50 mA,系统能够监控实时电流,频率响应性能好,截止频率为500 kHz。

Abstract: Aiming at the application scenario of the electro-hydraulic servo system that needs to drive multiple servo valves at the same time, a circuit controlled by a single main control chip is designed, which can output multi-channel current to drive the servo valve and monitor the output current in real time. The system controls multiple DAC output voltage signals connected in daisy chain mode by DSP, outputs current after passing through the current drive amplifier circuit to drive the multi-channel servo valve. At the same time, the system monitors the current signals of each channel in real time. The system has been applied to the steering system of a certain type of train, it can drive four servo valves at the same time, with an output current of ±50 mA. The system can monitor the real-time current, with good frequency response and a cut-off frequency of 500 kHz.
