一种限流值可调节的过流保护电路设计

摘要: 针对直流电源供电电路,常见的过流保护措施预先确定的限流规格不能跟随实际负载电流值进行调节。设计了基于精密运算放大器的电流检测、MCU处理单元的AD采样与运算和MOSFET关断控制电路的电流过载保护电路。着重分析了电路动态调节限流值和启动过载保护的工作原理。在设计的实验电路上,验证了电路有效性和稳定性,表明设计获得了预期的结果。

Abstract: For DC power supply circuit, the common overcurrent protection measures, which have the preseted overload value, can’t be adjusted following the actual load current value. The overload protection circuit based on the current detect with the precision op amplifier, the AD sampling and operation of MCU processing unit, and the MOSFET shutdown control circuit is designed. The working principle of dynamically adjusting the overload current value and starting overload protection is analyzed. On the test circuit, the effectiveness and stability of the circuit are verified, indicating that the design achieves the expected results.
