基于STM32的无刷直流电机矢量控制系统

摘要: 针对传统的无刷直流电机方波驱动存在效率低、噪声高、转矩脉动大等问题,基于矢量控制设计了一套控制系统。该系统用32位微控制器STM32F103C6T6作为主控芯片,设计了功率管驱动、母线电流采样、过流保护等电路,并在控制软件中加入电角度补偿优化。测试结果显示,相比于传统方波控制,换相电流波动大幅下降,电机噪声明显减弱。该系统适用于电动自行车、空调等对噪声有较高要求的电器,经过长期验证,系统稳定性好,能够长时间安全可靠地运行,且成本低廉、容易实现,有较高的实用价值。

Abstract: Aiming at solving the problems of low efficiency, high noise and torque ripple of brushless DC motor (BLDCM) driven by traditional square wave control method, a BLDCM control system based on vector control strategy was developed. Hardware circuits like inverter driving, bus current sampling, overcurrent protection were designed at the core of STM32F103C6T6 microcontroller, and electronic angle compensation was used in control software. The test results indicate that compared to traditional square wave control method, the system can decrease the fluctuation of the commutation current substantially, and reduce the running noise torque ripple simultaneously. It is quite suitable for electrical equipment sensitive to running noise, such as electric bike, air conditioner, etc. Through a long period of testing and verifying, the system has high stability, and is able to work safely and reliably for a long time, meanwhile, it has low cost and is easy to achieve, so it has high application value.
