甚高频频段LTCC低通滤波器设计

Design of LTCC Low Pass Filter in VHF Band

摘要: 通过切比雪夫响应函数的低通滤波器元件值调整,利用LTCC工艺三维空间布局实现器件小型化,同时在阻带引入3个传输零点,产生宽阻带抑制效果。电磁仿真软件HFSS建模设计了一款3 dB截止频率为90 MHz的低通滤波器,并加工实现,实测结果和仿真结果比较吻合。采用该方法可以实现LTCC低通滤波器低频小型化和宽阻带抑制的设计。

Abstract: By adjusting the component value of Chebyshev response function, the device is miniaturized by using LTCC process in three-dimensional space layout, and three transmission zeros are introduced into the stopband at the same time to produce a wide stopband inhibition. A low pass filter with a cut-off frequency of 3 dB of 90 MHz was designed and realized by HFSS. The measured results are in good agreement with the simulation results. The low frequency miniaturization and wide stopband suppression of LTCC low pass filter can be realized by using this method.
