摘要: 以HFSS软件作平台对X波段LTCC铁氧体环形器进行加盖保护层的仿真实验,得出其特性的一般规律,确定了选取的基板材料和厚度。针对现行工艺水平导致的缺陷进行模拟仿真和分析,找到了解决方案,为环形器的制备和使用提供了理论依据,提高了环形器在微波收发系统中的应用效率。

Abstract: In this paper,the HFSS software is used as a platform to simulate the protective layer of the X-band LTCC ferrite circulator.The general rule of the characteristics is obtained,and the selected substrate material and thickness are determined.Based on the simulation and analysis of the defects caused by the current process level,the solution was found,which provideda theoretical basis for the preparation and use of the circulator,and improved the application efficiency of the circulator in the microwave transceiver system.
