高效率的隔离器CMTI测试系统设计

摘要: 瞬态共模抑制(Common-Mode Transient Immunity,以下缩写为CMTI)测试是隔离器测试中的关键技术指标。为适应数字隔离器研制开发的需要,设计搭建了监控数字隔离器输出波形的CMTI测试系统。该系统具备一个隔离的四千伏高压脉冲信号源、可配置的直流稳压电压电源和多通道监控数字隔离器输出波形示波器,据此波形可计算出隔离器的CMTI。这种方法既可以实时高效地观测CMTI值,又解决了高压下的人身安全问题。

Abstract: Common-Mode Transient Immunity (CMTI) is one of key characteristics with isolators, such as digital isolator. In order to meet the needs of the development of digital isolator, a CMTI testing system for monitoring the output waveform of digital isolator is designed and constructed. This system has a separate configuration four thousand volt high-voltage pulse source, DC stabilized voltage power supply and monitoring multi channel Digital Isolator output waveform oscilloscope. Waveform can be calculated according to the value of CMTI. This method can not only observe the value of CMTI in real time but also solve the problem of personal safety at high voltage.
