摘要: 设计了一种通过STM32F103控制的NAND_FLASH模块化、小型化的数据记录模块,数据记录模块通过McBsp高速通信总线接收航空飞行装置在运行过程中检测到的故障模式及机载总线下发的状态信息等数据,经数据处理后将有效数据进行存储。当需要时,上位机可通过系统对外接口将数据取出,并通过软件对数据进行时间轴、模块化、图表化整理,便于记录系统的运行历史、分析系统的运行状态。该数据记录模块通过USB实现存储模块数据读写并通过RS232下发控制指令实现数据存取与验证,最后通过模拟系统总体功能测试验证了存储模块的各项工作性能和可靠性。

Abstract: A modular and miniaturized data recording module of NAND_FLASH controlled by STM32F103 is designed. The data recording module receives data such as failure modes and status information sent by airborne bus during the operation of aviation flight device through McBsp high-speed communication bus. After data processing, the effective data are stored. When needed, the upper computer can take out the data through the external interface of the system, and organize the data through software in time axis, modularization and graphics, so as to record the operation history of the system and analyze the operation status of the system. The data recording module reads and writes the data of storage module through USB and receives and verifies the data by issuing control instructions through RS232. Finally, the performance and reliability of the storage module are verified by the overall function test of the simulation system.
