摘要: UHC4电源板卡作为V93K测试平台常用的板卡之一,可实现对大电流、高功率电路的测试。本文简述了UHC4电源板卡的位置结构、工作模式、管脚定义等基本特性。通过电源完整性分析,对UHC4板卡的DUT板设计进行初步探讨,以实现更精确的测试要求,减小由于不恰当的DUT板设计造成的测试偏差。

Abstract: As one of the commonly used boards in V93K test platform, UHC4 power supply card can realize the test of high current and power circuit. This paper briefly describes the basic characteristics of UHC4 power supply card, such as location structure, working mode, pin definition, etc. Meanwhile, through the power integrity, discussing the design of DUT board based on the UHC4 board preliminarily in order to achieve more precise test requirements and reduce the test deviation caused by the inappropriate design of DUT board.
