摘要: 基于无位置传感器永磁无刷直流电机设计了一款以 STM32 为主控芯片的太阳能水泵控制系统。主要介绍了硬件设计和软件设计两大部分,硬件设计包含开关逆变电路、驱动电路、电压检测电路等。软件设计包含主程序、自检程序、中断程序和故障保护程序流程。设计核心是采用 MOS 管内阻采样三相电流,并通过反电势过零检测法获取转子位置信号。在三相潜水泵上进行验证,相关试验波形图和数据验证了该系统硬件电路的可靠性以及软件程序架构的可行性。

Abstract: A control system of solar water pump based on position sensorless permanent magnet brushless DC motor is designed, which has STM32 as the main control chip. The paper mainly introduces hardware design and software program design. The hardware design includes switch inverter circuit, drive circuit, and voltage detection circuit, etc. In this paper, the three-phase current is sampled by the internal resistance of the MOSFET and the rotor position signal is obtained by the zero-crossing detection method of the back electromotive force (Back-EMF). The reliability of the hardware circuit and the feasibility of the software program architecture are verified by the relevant experimental waveforms and data on the three-phase submersible pump.
