摘要: 以CKS 32为主控芯片,研制了一种基于直流无刷电机(BLDC)的控制系统。该系统主要 功能模块包括三相驱动系统、电流采样系统、保护系统和电源系统。传统采集三相电流的方式是三 电阻采样和霍尔传感器采样,为进一步节省成本,提出一种基于MOS管内阻采样三相电流的方法。 测试结果表明,该设计方案具有良好的性能。

Abstract: Based on the CKS 32 as the controller chip, this paper designs a control system for Brushless DC Motor. The main functions of this system are three phase drive system, current sampling system protection system, power system. The traditional way of sampling three-phase current is three resistance sampling and Hall sensor sampling.in order to save cost, a method for sampling three-phase current was especially proposed which is based on internal resistance of MOS. The test results showed that this design has good performance.
