高性能数据记录仪的设计与实现

摘要: 弹载数据记录仪是对导弹飞行过程中重要动态参数和状态信息进行实时采集、保存的设备。数据记录仪回收后可将记录的数据传送给特定的上位机进行解析处理,设计人员根据分析结果对导弹飞行中的状态做出评估,进一步修改和完善其功能。随着科技水平的持续进步,对弹载设备的性能指标要求也越来越苛刻,处理速度快、结构体积小、存储容量大是弹载记录仪主要的提升方向。介绍了一种高性能弹载数据记录仪的硬件、软件和结构设计方案。记录仪的硬件设计包括电源板、控制板和通信板,采取模块化的设计方式,易于调试。记录仪的软件设计实现了数据采集、封装、存储和回读的功能,其中存储过程支持存满自动覆盖,无须人为擦除。记录仪的结构设计主要是针对电磁干扰等因素,在保证体积尽量小的前提下进行了特殊设计。另外还对上位机的设计和界面进行了简要介绍。

Abstract: The missile-bornedata recorder is a device that can collect and store important dynamic parameters and status information of missile during flight in real time.After recovery, the data recorder can transmit the recorded data to a specific upper computer for analysis and processing.Based on the analysis results, the designer can evaluate the performance of the missile during flight and further modify and improve its functions.With the continuous progress of the level of science and technology, the requirements for missile-borne data recorders are getting higher and higher. Fast processing speed,small structure volume, and large storage capacityare the current development trends of missile-borne data recorders.A hardware, software and structural design for a high-performance missile-borne data recorder is presented.The hardware design of the recorder includes a power board, control boardand communication board, which adopts a modular design and is easy to debug.The software design of the recorder realizes the functions of data collection, encapsulation, storage, and read back, and can automatically overwrite when the storage is full without manual erasure.The structure design of the recorder is mainly aimed at electromagnetic interference factors, and is specially designed to ensure that the volume is as small as possible.In addition, the design and interface of the upper computer are briefly discussed.
