摘要: 对现有的两种Flash自编程实现方式进行了分析,发现其设计实现都比较复杂。在新的应用背景需求下,基于RISC-V芯片的实现方式,提出了一种简单高效的Flash自编程方法。硬件设计在不改动原有Flash控制器架构的基础上只增加了几个自编程的控制寄存器和控制状态机。详细描述了实现方法和流程,并验证了功能的正确性。其整体硬件设计结构简单,操作流程方便快捷。

Abstract: The two existing Flash self-programming implementations are analyzed and found to be complex to design and implement. Under the new application background requirements, a simple and efficient Flash self-programming method is proposed, which is designed and implemented based on the RISC-V chip. The hardware design adds only a few self-programming control registers and control state machines without changing the original Flash controller architecture. The implementation method process is described in detail, and the correctness of the function is verified. The whole hardware design structure is simple and the operation process is convenient and fast.
