BUCK 电路外围器件参数选型分析

摘要: 降压型直流转直流电压转换器简称“BUCK”电路,在实际应用中最为广泛,在使用时外围需要配置输出分压电阻、输入输出滤波电容和输出滤波电感,有些电路还需要配置自举电容、环路补偿器件以及软启动电容等,上述无源器件的选择决定了电路的工作特性。讨论了BUCK电路的内部结构,分析其工作原理。给出BUCK电路外围器件参数计算方法并以实例进行仿真验证,得出与理论分析相符的结论。

Abstract: Step-down dc-dc converter names BUCK and is used more widely than other converters. In order to make BUCK work properly, peripheral devices, like output voltage divider resistance, input and output filter capacitor and output filter inductance are needed. Some buck circuits also need boost capacitor, compensation devices and soft start capacitor, and so on. The above devices determine buck’s performance. Make an analysis about buck converter’s principle and internal structure firstly. Then, how to calculate the parameters of external devices and simulation are given. It shows that the result is the same as theoretical value.
