摘要: 提出了一种工作在2.45 GHz的大功率固态微波源,该微波源由锁相环、数控衰减器、驱动放大器、低通滤波器和功率放大器等器件组成,能够产生2.45 GHz连续波信号,并实现输出功率的步进控制。对各部分电路进行了设计,制作了信号源的实物样机并进行了测试。测试结果表明,该信号源最高可输出频率为2.45 GHz、功率为39.8 dBm的大功率微波,具有输出频率稳定、控制方便、谐波抑制度高等优点,能应用于微波加热、无线能量传输、微波等离子体等领域。

Abstract: This paper presents a 2.45 GHz high power solid-state microwave source which is composed of phase locked loop, digital attenuator, drive amplifier, low pass filter and power amplifier. Each part of those components is designed and the whole signal source is fabricated and measured. The measured results show that this source can generate 2.45 GHz microwave signal with a maximum power level of 39.8 dBm. Moreover, it has the merit of stable output frequency, easy control, and high harmonic suppression. It can be applied in the area of microwave heating, wireless power transfer, microwave plasma and so on.
