一种低电压低功耗多谐振荡器

A Design of Low-Voltage and Low-Power Consumption Multivibrator

摘要: 提出了一种应用于太阳能电池供电系统的多谐振荡器,设计采用新型迟滞比较器结构,实现了低压低功耗,且在宽电源电压范围内,仍能保持较高的频率稳定度。基于华润上华0.5 μm的CMOS工艺对电路进行仿真,根据本次设计的参数,电源电压在1.5~5 V的范围内变化时,振荡频率变化约为3%/V,功耗可低至6.646 7 μW,能保证在低光照强度下系统仍能正常工作。仿真结果表明所设计的振荡器满足低电压和低功耗的要求。

Abstract: A new type of multivibrator for solar cell power system is presented in the paper.The design adopts a novel structure of hysteresis comparator,which maintains a higher degree of frequency stability in a wide voltage range while realizing low voltage and low power consumption.The simulation of the circuit based on the 0.5 μm CMOS process is performed.According to the parameters of this design,when the supply voltage varies in the range of 1.5 V to 5 V,the oscillation frequency varies in the range of 3%/V and power consumption can be as low as 6.646 7 μW.The system works normally under low illumination.The result of the simulation shows that the multivibrator meets the requirements.
