摘要: 基于STM32芯片和集成半桥电机驱动芯片设计一款永磁同步电机控制板。控制板采用模块化设计,以STM32F103C8T6为微控制器,使用霍尔传感器采集转子位置,通过电流互感器采集定子电流,并由RS485模块与上位机实时传输,利用STM32芯片内部的丰富资源,完成了对电机的检测与控制。方案集成度高、安全性好、实时性强,能满足多种工业场景需求。

Abstract: Based on STM32 microcontroller and integrated half-bridge motor driver chip, a permanent magnet synchronous motor control board is designed. Designed with STM32F103C8T6 as the MCU, it achieves the collection of the rotor position with the Hall sensor; it achieves collecting the stator current with current sensor; it achieves the real-time transmission with the host computer with RS485 module. Taking advantages of the rich resources inside the STM32 chip, the detection and control of the motor are achieved. The scheme of high integration, good safety, strong real-time performance, can meet the demand of various industrial scene.
