小型化脉冲调制介质振荡电路研究

摘要: 摘要:介绍了λ/4同轴介质谐振器工作原理,电路中谐振器等效为并联谐振单元,与耦合电容及反馈电容构成电容三点式西勒振荡电路,分析研究了耦合电容及反馈电容变化对频率温度系数、起振延时及输出功率的影响。优化选择适当的电容值,设计出1090 MHz脉冲信号调制振荡电路,在-55~+85 ℃温度范围,脉冲调制延时≤1 μs,输出功率为(5±2) dBm,输出频率为1090 MHz±800 kHz,工作电流小于40 mA。产品采用20.4 mm×12.8 mm SMD封装,质量小于5 g,具有体积小、重量轻、功耗低等特点。

Abstract: The working principle of λ/4 coaxial dielectric resonator is introduced. The resonator in the circuit is equivalent to a parallel resonant unit, which forms a capacitance three-point Siler oscillator circuit with coupling capacitance and feedback capacitance. The influence of coupling capacitance and feedback capacitance changes on the frequency temperature coefficient, start-up delay and output power is analyzed and studied. The appropriate capacitance value is optimally selected. A 1090 MHz pulse signal modulation oscillator circuit is designed. In the temperature range of -55-+85 ℃, the pulse modulation delay is equal?to or less?than?1 μs, the output power is (5±2) dBm, the output frequency is 1090 MHz±800 kHz, and the working current is less than 40 mA. The product is packaged in 20.4 mm×12.8 mm SMD, and the mass is less than 5 g. It has the characteristics of small volume, light weight, low power consumption, etc.
