摘要: 介绍了一种超宽带多通道开关组件的设计方法。该组件在C/X/Ku波段范围内,可以完成5路信号的放大和高低增益通道选择,实现6路信号的同时输出。产品体积为66 mm×48 mm×10 mm,工作频段可拓宽至2~18 GHz。该设计方法为实现超宽带多通道开关组件的工程化应用提供了一种有效的解决方法。

Abstract: This paper introduced a design method of an ultra-wideband switch module with multi-channel. From C band to Ku band, this module can realize the functions of power amplification of the microwave signal, channel selection for higher and lower gain, with five input channels and six output channels. ??? The size of the module is only 66 mm×48 mm×10 mm, and the working frequency band can be widened to 2-18 GHz. This design method provides an effective solution for engineering application of an ultra-wideband multi-channel switch module.
