摘要: 基于虚拟仪器的思想,提出了一种基于FPGA和国产ADC芯片的虚拟示波器的硬件结构设计和实现方案。该方案是基于Xilinx Kintex 7系列FPGA的高速数据采集、存储、处理与转发的PCI Express 3.0 8×总线接口的硬件结构,最大支持4 GS/s的采样,4 GB DDR3存储。该结构能够实现2路数据采集,每路模拟带宽为3 GHz,2路使用时每路最快2 GS/s采样,1路使用时最快4 GS/s采样。可以直接插在计算机内的PCI Express插槽中,构成实验室、产品检测质量中心以及在雷达信号处理、天气预报和地震预报等其他领域的数据采集、信号分析和处理系统,同时也可构成工业生产过程中检测观察信号变化趋势和状态的监控系统。

Abstract: Based on the idea of virtual instrument, a hardware structure design and implementation scheme of a virtual oscilloscope based on FPGA and domestic ADC chip is proposed. The solution is based on the hardware structure of the PCI Express 3.0 8× bus interface for high-speed data acquisition, storage, processing and forwarding of Xilinx Kintex 7 series FPGAs. It supports up to 4 GS/s sampling and 4 GB DDR3 storage. This structure can realize 2 channels of data acquisition, each channel has an analog bandwidth of 3 GHz, when the 2 channels are used, the fastest single channel is 2 GS/s sampling, and the 1 channel is used the fastest 4 GS/s sampling. It can be directly inserted into the PCI Express slot in the computer to form a laboratory, product inspection and quality center, and data acquisition, signal analysis and processing systems in other fields such as radar signal processing, weather forecasting and earthquake prediction. It can also form an industrial A monitoring system that detects and observes the trend and status of signal changes during the production process.
