摘要: 设计了一款高度灵活、帧速率可控的液晶显示器(LCD)驱动电路,该驱动电路由外部电源供电,可工作在高性能或低功耗模式。在通用LCD驱动电路的基础上增加了前置频率发生器,实现了帧频速率在30~100Hz之间高度灵活可编。死区持续时间的插入使对比度在电压调控基础上更加细化,同时也降低了电路的功耗。该驱动电路提供了多种可选的驱动方案,最多可驱动216(8×27)个LCD像素。

Abstract: A highly flexible, frame rate controllable liquid crystal display (LCD) display driver circuit is designed. The driver circuit is powered by an external power supply and can operate in high performance or low power mode. On the basis of the universal LCD drivercircuit, a pre-frequency generator is added to achieve a frequency rate between 30-100 Hz highly flexible and programmable. On the basis of voltage regulation, the dead time duration regulation can be inserted to improve the contrast regulation and the low power performance of the circuit. The driver circuit provides a variety of driver options, driving up to 216(8×27) LCD pixels.
