摘要: 在机载飞行仪表系统中,参数显示主要为电压信号,实际数据采集过程中需要对非电压信号进行处理。设计的频压转换模块将固定幅值的某频段正弦信号经过转换变成与其频率成线性关系的电压信号,同时采用低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)技术,在保证转换精度的前提下,实现模块的小型化并提高可靠性。为验证该设计的可行性,搭建试验平台进行测试,结果显示转换精度高,性能稳定可靠,能够满足机载的严苛环境要求。

Abstract: In airborne flight instrument system, the parameter display is mainly voltage signal, and the non-voltage signal needs to be processed in the process of actual data acquisition. The designed frequency voltage conversion module converts the sinusoidal signal of a certain frequency band with fixed amplitude intoa voltage signal of linear frequency, meanwhile, low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) technology is adopted to realize the miniaturization of the module and improve the reliability on the premise of ensuring conversion precision. In order to verity the feasibility of the design, an experimental platform was built for testing, the results show that conversion of high precision, stable and reliable, and contented for airborne requirements of harsh environment.
