Abstract: Mounting head,a high-precision device integrating gas,electricity,precision machinery,sensing and control technologies and the core of the mounting machine,is mainly responsible for drawing and placing electronic devices.The precision and speed ofthe mounting head willdirectly affectthe precision and speed of the final equipment.Before the installation,it is necessary to conduct performance test using special test equipment.The paper introduces a setof mounting head testsystem and test method,which ensure that the system meets the design requirements.
