摘要: 激光焊接技术在微波组件中被广泛应用,其焊接过程释放的高热量对产品的可靠性存在致 命的影响。对微波组件腔体激光焊接过程中产生的热应力采用有限元分析的方法,通过仿真技术、 试验验证等方式进行了研究。仿真研究结果表明,在相同焊接工艺参数下,玻璃绝缘子所受的应力 随焊缝与玻胚之间距离和产品体积的增大而减小。试验验证结果也表明,不同结构下玻胚失效率与 焊接间距、产品体积之间存在相关性。相比单面腔,双面腔的玻胚失效率对焊接间距、产品体积更 加敏感,即当体积减小、焊接间距缩短时,双面腔产品出现玻胚失效的概率更高。

Abstract: Laser welding technology is widely used in microwave components, and the high heat released during the welding process has a fatal impact on the reliability of the product. In this paper, the thermal stress generated during laser welding of microwave module cavity is studied by means of simulation technology and experimental verification. The simulation results show that the stress of the glass insulator decreases with the distance between the weld and the billet and the product volume increases under the same welding process parameters. The experimental results also show that there is a correlation between the failure rate and the welding distance and product volume under different structures. Compared with the single-sided cavity, double-sided cavity glass blank failure rate of the welding distance, the product volume is more sensitive, that is, when the volume decreases, shorten the welding distance, double-sided cavity products appear billet failure probability is higher.
