摘要: 电源系统阻抗是衡量直流电源系统稳定性的重要技术参数,对电源系统的设计与稳定性分析具有极大的现实意义。提出了一种基于频率响应分析仪的电源输出阻抗测试方法。设计了一种适配频率响应分析仪的压控电流源,可实现电源电路的阻抗测试。该测试系统结构简单,操作方便,精度较高。

Abstract: The impedance of the power system is an important parameter to measure the stability of the DC power system, which has great practical significance for the design and stability analysis of the power system. This paper proposes a power supply impedance test method based on the rate response analyzer, and designs a voltage-controlled current source adapted to the frequency response analyzer, which can test the power supply impedance. The test system has simple structure, convenient operation and high test accuracy.
