摘要: 介绍了车规电子标准AEC-Q004的质量管理框架,对框架中各阶段质量控制工具和办法进行了详细的解读。研究了车规电子产品的相关标准与军用、宇航用标准之间在质量保证要求、试验内容上的区别与联系。针对零缺陷质量管理在航天领域的启发做了推广与展望,并提出后续建议及重点研究方向。研究结果对我国军工企业增强质量管理能效、提高产品可靠性具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract: The quality management framework of the automotive-grade electronic standard AEC-Q004 is introduced, and the quality control tools and methods in each stage of the framework are explained in detail. The differences and relations in quality assurance and test contents between related standards of automotive-grade and military and aerospace standards are studied. Promotion and outlook are made on the inspiration of zero defect quality management in the aerospace field, and follow-up suggestions and key research directions are proposed. The research result can be used as a reference for enhancing quality management energy efficiency and improving product reliability to military enterprises in China.
