摘要: 在目前主流的软件无线电中,模数转换器(ADC)的速率和分辨率都较高,对于更高效率的数字接口的需求越来越大。为了满足目前实际应用对高速抗干扰、高可扩展性、低功耗等的需求,降低高速率传输下的抖动、毛刺导致的误码率,设计了一种基于FPGA的AD936x基带接口模块,重点介绍了该模块的系统组成以及ADC与FPGA之间的低电压差分信号双倍数据速率(LVDS DDR)、时钟采样、差分转换、帧数据同步、可配置延迟等关键技术。数据传输实验结果表明,该接口模块具有可靠的高速抗干扰数据传输能力,相对于传统的基带接口,具有高速率、高可靠、低功耗、高可配置性等特点。

Abstract: In contemporary mainstream software defined radios, analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) exhibit high sampling rates and resolutions, leading to an increased demand for more efficient digital interfaces. To fulfill the current practical requirements for high-speed interference resistance, high scalability, and low power consumption, and to reduce the bit error rate caused by jitters and glitches during high-speed transmission, a baseband interface module based on FPGA for the AD936x is designed. The system composition of the module and key technologies such as low voltage differential signaling double data rate (LVDS DDR) between ADC and FPGA, clock sampling, differential conversion, frame data synchronization, and configurable delay are emphasized. The experimental results of data transmission demonstrate the module's reliable high-speed anti-interference data transmission capability. Compared to traditional baseband interfaces, this module features high speed, high reliability, low power consumption, and high configurability.
