安捷伦高频阻抗测试仪表E4982A测控技术应用

摘要: 当前半导体车间高频阻抗测试平台大多是多年前由国外设计开发,平台系统老旧落后,测试仪表已停产多年,亟需升级换代。简单介绍了安捷伦最新型的阻抗仪表E4982A与吉时利2410数字电源表以及高频阻抗原理。在Windows 7系统下通过VB编程成功搭建了新的国产化高频阻抗测试平台,并分享了系统关键技术与核心指令代码。经过大量的测试,新的高频阻抗测试平台不仅覆盖原有的功能,同时掌握了相关核心技术,更加适应未来的升级需求与生产信息化。

Abstract: Current high frequency impedance test platform in semiconductor workshop is introduced. Theplatformisdeveloped abroad, and the windows system is lagged behind the times,at the same time, the instrument has been discontinued for many years, so it is urgent to upgrade. Brief introduction of Agilent E4982A,Keithley 2410 and high frequency impedance principle. Through Win7 and VB programming, successfully build a new high frequency impedance test platform. the platform key technology &core code is shared. After a large number of tests, the new high-frequency impedance test platform not only covers the original function, but also master core technology, andmore adapt to future upgrading needs and production information.
