航天型号元器件选用策略

Selection Strategy of Electronic Components of Astronautic Products

摘要: 元器件是航天型号的基础单元,只有奠定了牢固的基础,才能保证航天型号更好、更快地发展。航天型号工程具有前期验证严格、后期服役周期长的特点,因此,元器件的合理选用至关重要。结合航天型号的特殊要求,通过对元器件的降额设计要求、质量等级要求、空间适用性要求等给出元器件选用过程的控制办法;同时从元器件的应用可靠性角度出发分别介绍了集成电路、二极管、电阻器、光电子器件、继电器、电容器、电连接器及定制元器件选用控制要求,通过元器件的选用保证其应用可靠性,促进航天产品的综合质量与可靠性提升。

Abstract: The electronic components are the basic element of astronautic products, so it needs to develop a solid foundation to guarantee the quality and reliability of products in a better and faster direction. Due to the rigorous validation during early stage and long service lifecycle in later period for astronautic engineering, it is crucial to control the selection of electronic components. In order to meet the specific requirements of astronautic products, this paper provides a comprehensive exploration of component selection and its control methods by considering the deduction design, quality level, and spatial applicability. In addition, from a point of operational reliability, the control strategies of component selection are summarized for some classical components, such as integrated circuit, diode, resistor, photoelectric device, electric relay, capacitor, and electrical connector, as well as the customized components. By using these selection strategies, it can contribute to guaranteeing the operational reliability and thus integrally improving the quality and reliability of astronautic products.
