涂胶调整滤波器频率偏差的方法分析

摘要: 采用在平面电路表面涂覆氟塑料密封胶的方法对滤波器中心频率发生偏差的情况进行调整。首先仿真分析12阶发夹型带通滤波器在表面涂覆氟塑料密封胶前后各性能参数的变化趋势;然后制备滤波器实物样件,在表面涂覆氟塑料密封胶,测试涂胶前后滤波器的带通滤波特性。测试结果与仿真结论一致,滤波器涂胶后的通带中心频率向低频移动,带内损耗略有增加,通带宽度、带内波动和带外抑制等未发生明显变化,证实了该方法的可行性。

Abstract: This paper presents a method of applying fluoroplastic sealant on the surface of planar circuit to adjust the deviation of filter center frequency. Firstly, the variation trend of various performance parameters of 12-order hairpin band-pass filter before and after it was coated with fluoroplastic sealant was simulated and analyzed. Then, fluoroplastic sealant was coated on the sample surface of filter, and the characteristics of band-pass filter before and after the coating were tested. The test results were basically consistent with the simulation results, and it was found that the center frequency of the filter after being coated with fluoroplastic sealant moved to low frequency, the in-band insertion loss increasing slightly, the passband width, in-band fluctuation and out-of-band rejection did not change significantly, which verified the feasibility of the method.
