摘要: PCB组装过程中,通过人工快速查找元器件位置的难度较大,是影响手工焊接效率的重要因素。基于坐标变换算法和图像处理技术开发的元器件定位系统,可以实现PCB上元器件位号的快速查询与定位,是一种实用性很好的PCB组装辅助系统。

Abstract: In the PCB assembly process, it is difficult to quickly find the location of components by hand, which is an important factor affecting the efficiency of manual soldering. The component positioning system developed based on the coordinate transformation algorithm and image processing technology can realize the rapid query and positioning of the component number on the PCB. It is a very practical PCB assembly auxiliary system.
