摘要: 对六步式驱动的直流无刷无感电机应用中的非导通相电压采集方法及换相延迟问题,从应用驱动原理进行了分析,以应用的角度提出了控制非导通相电压采集点的优化方法及过零点事件发生后换相延迟的优化控制方法。该优化方法能够使采集到的非导通相电压更加准确,也使延迟换相时间更加精准,实现结果显示了优化方法的可行性及优异性。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of non conducting phase voltage acquisition point and delay commutation in the application of traditional six step drive brushless DC motor, the application driving principle is analyzed. From the application direction, the optimization method of controlling non conducting phase voltage acquisition point and the optimization control method of commutation delay after zero crossing event are proposed, which can make the non conducting phase voltage acquisition more accurate, delay commutation time is more accurate. The results show the feasibility and superiority of the optimization method.
