摘要: 太阳电池组件是航天器电源系统的重要组成部分,由于组件之间热膨胀系数的差异,在太空极限温度载荷条件下,串联两电池间的互连片组件可能会出现焊点连接失效问题。针对某柔性薄膜砷化镓太阳电池组件,根据高温设计条件,采用有限元仿真建模技术对太阳电池的局部焊点进行焊点拉力计算,并从柔性连接组件互连片出发,探究互连片形状和材料对焊点热适应性的影响,为太阳电池组件柔性连接设计提供参考。

Abstract: Solar cell components are an important part of the spacecraft power system. Due to the difference in the thermal expansion coefficients between the components, the interconnected sheet assembly between two cells in series may suffer from welding spot failure under the extreme temperature loading conditions in space. For a flexible thin-film GaAs solar cell component, the finite element simulation modeling technique is used to calculate the welding spot strength of the flexible GaAs solar component according to the high temperature design conditions. The flexible connection component-interconnection sheet is used to explore the influence of the shape and material on the welding spot thermal adaptability, and it provides a reference for the flexible connection design of solar components.
