摘要: 随着制造业的不断发展,现有的生产力越来越无法满足人类的发展需求,人们因此提出了工业4.0的概念。基于LTCC智能生产线的建立,指出了生产线工艺与设备的关键技术,并在工艺的研究与设备的调试过程中提出了适应生产线的工艺与技术。目前该LTCC智能生产线已能够稳定运行,实现了减少人工成本、降低人工操作造成的材料损失等目标。

Abstract: With the continuous development of manufacturing industry, the existing productivity is unable to meet the development needs of mankind, and put forward the concept of industry 4.0. Based on the establishment of LTCC intelligent production line, this paper points out the key technology of production line process and equipment, and work out the process and technology of adapting to production line during the process of technologyresearching and commissioning of equipment. And now the production line has been able to operate stably, which can reduce the labor cost and reduce the material loss caused by manual operation.
