摘要: 探讨了多种氧气浓度的测量方法,基于微米尺寸悬膜电阻和热传导原理设计了一种新型的热导式氧气浓度测量方法。使用精细微机械加工的悬膜电阻,使得关键元件功耗和成本大为降低。经过仿真模拟和初步实验验证,热导式微型氧气传感器可精确检测较高的氧气浓度。

Abstract: The paper investigated multiple methods for oxygen concentration measurement. A new method for oxygen concentration sensing using micro size suspending film resistor and transduction principle is designed. The thin film resistor fabricated with micro mechanic process can reduce system power consumption and enhance the working stability. With simulation and preliminary experiment verification, the proposed oxygen sensor is proved to detect high oxygen concentration accurately.
